Kitchen and Dry Mess Facility

We provide kitchens ranging in size from exploration camps catering for up to 25 people, to larger permanent camps for over 1,000 people. We custom-design and build our kitchens to whatever specifications and numbers are required. Our kitchens include a range of appliances which can be adjusted to suit the design requirements. Refrigerators, freezers and dry stores are built into the kitchens for ease of access, while tables and chairs are also included. The insight gained by Australian Portable Camps’ founder and managing director Frank Martino through years of practical hands-on experience as a chef in inefficiently-designed work spaces is reflected in the new ergonomic and user-friendly kitchen designs that focus on the needs of the end user. We aim to create a safe and efficient workspace for catering, while always meeting the highest levels of health and environmental standards.
